The application is not available for devices whose software has been modified (root, changed bootloader, custom rom, other modifications), with potentially dangerous software and that allows you to hide root permissions.

How to activate the application?
β’ Create a trusted profile, go (on a computer) to: https://www.gov.pl/web/gov/zaloz-profil-zaufany
β’ Turn off software that interrupts sessions when switching between applications (e.g. battery, system optimisation, power saving mode, etc.).
β’ Launch the application.
β’ Read the information provided.
β’ Select "Add your first document" - on the list, indicate eg mObywatel.
β’ Confirm that "You are You" using:
- trusted profile,
- eDocument and eDO App,
- bank.
β’ If you want to run mLegitymacja, download the code at school / university (scan it by selecting mLegitymacja from the list of documents).

Document mObywatel
A simple way to identify yourself (provide data). Where? Almost everywhere - e.g. on trains, during elections, when setting up loyalty cards, when collecting a registered letter at the post office, at the gym, in a store, at the reception desk, at the clinic, at other services. You will not use
mObywatelin a situation where the law requires the presentation of an identity card or passport (e.g. in certain situations at a bank, at the airport, at a notary public, when registering a SIM card, during some official activities).

Data security. The information stored in the phone is encrypted and signed with a certificate. Access is secured with a password that you set when activating the application.
